Vivid Auto body fixed my van after I had been t-boned on the passenger side. They were very professional and have fantastic customer service. They did their absolute best to fix my vehicle as quickly as possible despite many delays due to my car insurance. They worked with my car insurance company and stayed on top of everything. It even came to a point where Rich offered the shop’s vehicle for us to use because our car insurance had refused to extend our rental despite it had already been months. They not only did a great job fixing my car, but if there ever is an issue with what they fixed, it is a lifetime guarantee. They have big hearts and truly care about all their customers. Vivid Auto Body, Rich, Lindsey, and their staff are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.
Rich and his crew at Vivid are top tier in their field. We had 2 accidents in a short timeframe with 2 separate claims. Vivid (Lindsay) worked directly with the insurance company to ease the burden on us. Lindsay called me every day with an update on progress, expected timeline, etc. We experienced NONE of this from our insurance provider so the high touch communications were a welcomed surprise. Great people and service. I had my truck repainted and they did a amazing job and were very fair with there prices especially for what they did. I have custom Painted handles, bumpers, grills etc. and they were able to match the rest of the truck that is 15 years old I think better than then when I had it done from the factory in 2005. I am taking my wife’s Suburban to them for some cosmetic repairs as well. Highly recommend the Vivid Team
Rich is a very personable owner with a friendly staff. I had some door dings on my truck door that bothered me to no end. I sent Rich some photos via the Vivid website which was pretty seamless. Rich responded personally and quoted a price that was within the average price range of the other quotes I received. They fixed the dings and my truck looks great.

After a recent hail storm, I was searching for a shop to fix my Infiniti G37; every body panel was dented, and the moon roof was shattered. I came across this shop in Google maps, and started reading reviews. I was impressed, and didn’t bother researching any other shops. I can’t recommend Rich, and his team enough. They are very professional, do excellent work, and I would definitely bring any needed auto body work to them.
